How device pricing works
Each band only applies to the devices inside it, so a larger school pays less per device as it grows. Device pricing is the same on every plan.

Charged separately
- Microsoft 365 licences
- At cost, plus a small handling charge. You see what we pay.
- New hardware and software
- Quoted before we order anything.
- Projects
- Quoted in advance. Gold and Platinum have project time included.
- Extra visits
- Quoted per visit. Your plan's rate is on your agreement.
- Work outside 8am to 4pm
- Charged at one and a half times.
The small print, in plain English
- Twelve month agreement, renewing each year.
- 60 days notice to cancel. We will write to you 90 days before renewal so you never miss it.
- Prices rise by 3% each March 31st. Microsoft and other licences move with the supplier's own pricing.
- Visits are during term time. If you close on a visit day we will move it if we can.
- There is no charge to join us and no charge to leave.
